Region B next week luray vs. Clarke, Madison vs. East Rock., Buckingham vs. central lun. Will all be games to watch for region B.
Region C Radford and Glenvar will be big game next week. Martinsville vs. Patrick will be another one that has ranking implications for both teams as well as others. Interesting note is seeing how Chatham's schedule and talk around them from first few games, now is not even in spot to make playoffs. They have Dan River, Altavista, and Gretna left. They will have to win at least one of those to have a shot and possibly might need two wins there to make it in.
Region D games to watch next week are Ridgeview vs. Bluefield, Tazewell vs. ft. Chiswell is one Tazewell may need to make playoffs. Central vs. Gate city will affect rankings.

Thanks again Hawk your stil the man no matter what she says lol. I think Chatham will beat Dan River and Altavista. A major upset would be if Chatham beats Gretna in my opinion.

We really dropped the ball last week losing to DR. Would be sitting in fourth right now and if Radford loses to Glenvar would have put us in third. Dan River will play hard against Chatham like they did us. Want take nothing away from DR effort against us but we done everything we could possibly do to lose that one on our own. Problem with Chatham is they are famous for losing out when they get on these losing streaks. They have dropped three in a row after starting 3-1.

Don't discredit Dan River, if they win their final 2 they might sneak in at 4-6. Chatham game becomes huge and then they have William Campbell to finish. Both winnable in the wild wild Dogwood. Comparing scores is stupid on any given year but especially this year. I think comparing Dan River and Chatham's results vs. Martinsville shows you three teams in Region C that are extremely competitive with one another, but we will see.
 
Only player to look out for from chatham is no 11, he is small and fast. There no 55 on the line is big but slow so he can be worked around.

I agree scores dont really say much and especially this year in the deadwood lol. Appo getting hurt by the injury bug this year and it's showing.

Stuarts Draft: we are good, not counting Luray FRT as of now.

Central Woodstock: you have 22.83 and I have 22.71 (159), you also have them at 5-1 instead of 6-1 listed.

I have PC 18/8, MC 18/4, ER 18/4, CC 6/7, BW 20/10, SK 20/4, CHAR 20/2.

Strasburg: we have the same

Clarke County: You have 22.25 and I have 22.50 (180).

WC 20/4, MP 20/0, CW 18/12, SB 18/12, MV 18/0, MC 18/4, MER 8/6, ER 18/4

Buckingham: You have 19.50 and I have 19.83 (119).

FL 8/2, PE 18/4, BLS 18/0, RH 18/8, NOT 6/7, AME 18/12

Luray: we match with the NC as of now

East Rockingham: you have 16.67 and I have 16.83 (101).

CW 6/6, BG 6/5, TA 8/5, PC 18/8, LR 18/8, CC 6/7

Page County: you have 14.75 and I have 15.38 (123).

James River is 4-3. Wins over Parry McCleur, Covington, Alleghany and Floyd. Losses to Buffalo Gap, Giles, and Glenvar

Im missing scores I guess you found. Looked everywhere for Central game and couldn't find no outcome. Figured it was postponed.

Which games do you need?

Lunenburg won 48-0 (I hadn't seen that one until this morning on MP, but I had assumed that CL won (would have only raised Buckingham points if they lost)
Woodstock won 24-14

There are certainly games that are hard to find (and I am only doing 1 region so it's a nightmare for you I am sure). But what I do is use scorestream app, Twitter (especially ones where they cover large regions and post scores for each game) and then also check the scoreboard part on here. If I am missing a few, I try to find and then will go to MP.

You do a great job man. I wasn't trying to say you were wrong at all, just trying to get on same page with each other

Its all good. You by far know more about teams in B and probably A. I can find what I need in just minutes for C and D. It's always been like that though. You get out west and high school football is like it is in Texas. I doubt many towns out east shut almost the whole town down for Friday night lights. Lol I can remember when if you ran out of gas on Friday night in Gretna you going have to wait until the games over to get some. Lol Region A is the worse. They have the most teams and these little schools don't get alot of coverage way out east near all the AAA schools. I use scorestream but as of midnight still had nothing on Central and Charlottesville.

Yea, they didn't have that one listed because it was a replacement game. For them, I just went straight to Central Twitter.

And yes, those A teams are the hardest (James River District).

But hey, we will get through it
 
The NFHS has the Tunstall game as being played last night and showing an empty field lol. Anyone know a link to watch Tunstal vs Martinsville?

Can you (or anyone) confirm what happened with the Appomattox vs Buckingham game that was scheduled for week one.
Buckingham had to back out due to COVID but I was wondering if that ended up going in as a forfeit for the Raider so we could pull some rider points or just a non contest.

As of now no contest. Everyone was supposed to have had decision to VHSL by Oct. 15. From what I'm seeing there is no set in stone which one it's going to be. I guess VHSL will make final decision, right now your guess is as good as mine. Would definitely help Appo in final rankings. Just see it being big stink if some games are forfeited and some not.

I ran some numbers for you and @oldfool2 . If Appomattox wins out will end up at 226 over 9 games is 25.111. I have Heritage winning out, Rustburg I have beating JF but losing to Brookville, Lord Botetourt has Franklin County and St. River. Have them winning one but could lose both. Also have Gretna beating Tunstall that gives you 2 points. Only way that 226 gets better is if Rustburg and LB win both which gives you 4 more points and at 230 which is 25.556. If Glenvar wins out I have them at 271 with 10 games would be 27.100. As you can see not near enough no matter what. Even if you get Buckingham forfeit would be 256 0r 260 at most in ten games would be 25.600 or 26.000 if collected every Ryder points possible. As you can see still not near enough to catch Glenvar. District teams playing each other doesn't matter to either school as you both get two no matter who wins because y'all beat all district opponents. Interesting thing really is if Glenvar were to lose to Radford I have them still finishing with 251 points or 25.100 which would be just short of the 25.111 I have Appo finishing. LB lose both games Glenvar could realistically still be one seed even if lose to Radford. So in short how Appo finishes relies solely on Glenvar Radford game. Appo will have to really watch Ryder points if Glenvar loses to still be one seed.

Thanks hawk, yeah the numbers i ran if glenvar loses to radford stil had them like 25.3 to our 25.1. Difference in wishful thinking on my part lol.

Yeah we done put the shotgun away and quit hawk hunting for now. lol Actually cleaning and oiling it up for the playoff game, I'll be praying for the Hawks friday tho.
 
NFHS thought Martinsville vs Tunstall was friday and now they wont be streaming tonights game....Dang it alll...
 
I'm pretty sure Martinsville @ Tunstall was canceled late this afternoon with no makeup date scheduled yet.

The area by Heritage was rocking pretty good here in lynchburg. Glad our game is thursday instead of friday now with more rain coming in.
