Westfield closed their season in a +1 game against Falls Church with a 45-7 victory, building a 35-0 halftime lead by holding Falls Church to just 10 yards of offense in the first half.

Falls Church started their first drive at their own 23 yard line and punted after three plays. WF then executed a 59 yard drive and scored on a Legall 1 yard run to go ahead, 6-0 (Williams XP missed) with 8:38 to go in the first quarter. FC then punted again, giving WF the ball on the WF 48 yard line. WF struck quickly when Jung found Richards for a 52 yard passing TD and after the Williams XP WF was up 13-0 at the 6:42 mark of the first quarter. FC again went three and out, punting to WF's Richards who had a 52 yard punt return to set WF up inside the FC five yard line. Richards would then score on a 3 yard run and WF extended the lead to 20-0 (Williams XP) with 4:03 left in the first quarter. After FC and WF exchanged punts, FC started at their own 20 and after three plays faced a 4th and inches, Electing to go for it, the pass by FC''s Johns was intercepted by Richards and returned for a 55 yard TD-only to be called back on a penalty. WF then failed to convert a 4th and four at the FC 33 yard line and FC got the ball on their 33 yard line; again they went three and out. The punt was extremely short and out of bounds, with WF taking over on the FC 39 yard line, After several plays WF's Jung ran it in from a yard out and the WF lead reached 27-0 (Williams XP) with 4:53 remaining in the half. After another FC three and out followed by another short out of bounds punt, WF took the ball 35 yards and scored on a 9 yard Legall run to make it 35-0 (Jenks to Richards 2XP) with 40 seconds left in the half.

WF took the second half KO and on the first play scored on a 67 yard Legall run to push the lead to 42-0 (Williams XP) with 10:46 remaining in the third quarter. FC took the KO on their 28 yard line and moved to the WF 45 yard line where they faced a 4th and three. Electing to go for the first down, they ran a reverse flea-flicker and scored when WR Gomez took the reverse and then flipped the ball to Johns, who found Cunningham open down the middle for a 43 yard gain to the WF 2 yard line. Johns then ran it from the two yard line and FC was on the board, 42-7 (Kenkel XP) with 6:28 remaining in the third quarter. WF then drove from their own 37 yard line to the FC 27 where Williams hit a 38 yard FG to extend the lead to 45-7 with 56 seconds left in the third quarter. With a running clock and both teams sticking to the ground game, the 4th quarter went quickly. FC did have one more opportunity to score when they attempted a 34 yard FG with less than two minutes left, but a WF defender just barely got a hand on the ball and it came up just short of the goal post for the final score of 45-7.
