What teams play on football/baseball combo fields???

Washington & Lee does with the back end of the baseball infield being primarily the visitors sideline. Franklin does but the infield does not penetrate the football field.
I believe former Group A schools Madison County and Randolph-Henry still do.

No longer they got a new baseball field back in 2005, football field is used only for football, even soccer has a different field

Madison County in Class 2, sorta kinda. The baseball outfield is where the visitors seating is.
