A sound of Pounding of the Rock started. A physicality taught from Monday through Friday. A pride by each Hog up front. Watching the skill behind the Hogs is so fun. Getting to see this is envious for any Bruin(Really Indian) fan. Lee a tough hard nosed team themselves brought some of that. Still they could not equal it. Giles just keep pounding the ROCK.

PS...That bomb was not pounding the Rock but what a timely thing of beauty!. When that happened the Red Rage fans started to Turn the Page and talk next year!

PS#2......congrats to Glenvar, When you make it to Thanksgiving you are doing something right. Congrats to Auburn and Radford for great games in the playoffs. Your seasons were not bad.

PS#3....Thank Dave Crist for being Class Act and for all the great Indian teams. May the next B-burg coach will know how to POUND THE ROCK!

I don't care what anyone says pounding the rock down an opponents throat is the most beautiful thing in football. And no offense is more beautiful to me than the single wing. Who knows a win by Giles and KW this week and I'll be seeing the Giles single wing in person possibly.

Giles' defense is very good, even against the pass. Those quick slants you guys run might work against Giles, though. I was really impressed with KW. Say, didn't KW use the Double Wing about 10 years ago?

Yes KW ran the double wing for 35 years under longtime coach Roger Brookes. Tremendous success running it for all those years. Numerous 1000 yard backs. His last year at KW was 2007 and he incorporated the spread along with the double wing that year. Won a regional title that year after starting 1-5 but lost 42-0 to Gretna back when Nick Miller was a freshman. But yes KW is synonymous with the double wing and ask any long time fan anything about the double wing and chances are KW and Roger Brookes will be mentioned
