Would high school golf be more popular with fans if......

....you could talk and make noise while players were driving or putting?

I mean, why not? You can cheer/boo while players are shooting free throws or the ball is about to be snapped for a field goal?

Maybe having less etiquette would make the sport more appealing to high school athletes/fans?

No. That is not the point of the game. It is like tennis u dont hear anyone make noise on someones serve. I think this question is pointless im sorry.

Yes I strongly agree it wouldn't be the same we don't need populerity in the sport if you are good you will get reconized just read the Bedford Bullitein during golf seson someone from the area's golf team will be in there because Bedford Golf is so GREAT !
