Young Cougars Giving Ponax a game

JC and crew are battling big bad Massaponax, although down 14-0 at Halftime, the young ins are putting up fight against a bigger, faster, and more experienced foe. Take away a couple miscues,and a few opportunities missed,this could a be a different story. Heat, and getting worn down late will hurt Cougars in second half. Going to be a loss, but I am pleasantly surprised and happy about the effort. Offensive plays still slow to progress, much work to do on offense.

The effort is no surprise.

It also needs to be noted that it was the 3rd string JV QB that ran the Panther offense because of injuries. You just can't bury that.

But this is Courtland. No sane person expected them to beat Ponax. But they get better and better every game. No matter how young. No matter who the opponent.

I said it months ago. They will make the playoffs and they will stun a team or two when they get there. Thank you JC Hall.
