Every inch of it. He is much more than a good prospect. He's top 10 in the nation as a sophomore, and already has multiple ACC offers.

Yes, I'd appreciate it.
It's rare that someone that good would just be born and grow up in Richmond, Virginia.

But then, the nation's consensus top girl's high school basketball player was from Richmond this past year.

There have been dozens of great basketball players that have grown up in Richmond and the surrounding areas (Moses Malone among others). I currently coach AAU with the guy who coached him back in elementary school at U-Turn. So he is definitely local.

Yes, that was a long, long time ago. I was there in University Hall for Moses' last high school game, against West Springfield in 1974. I never thought he would die so young. I talk to his son on Facebook sometimes. We can only dream about what would have happened if Moses as a high school senior in 1974, could have faced Ralph Sampson of 1979. If you can believe it, University of Kentucky fans still have Ralph Sampson's live press conference online from the day that he announced he was going to UVa!
