Committed to play his College Football in the ACC at Virginia Tech, Class of 2022 DE/TE Lemar Law is expected to enroll at Green Run High School in Virginia Beach within the next week, sources have confirmed to VirginiaPreps.com.

The 6-foot-6, 280-pound Tidewater talent gave a verbal to the Hokies back on June 2nd, and at this time, does not appear to be re-opening his recruitment.

Rated a 3-Star prospect by Rivals.com, Law earned 2nd Team All-Beach District honors for Bayside last season and has been a starter for the Marlins since his freshman year. Due to his academic progress, he was able to reclassify up from the Class of 2023 to 2022 and is on schedule to graduate early.

Despite the graduation loss of George Wilson to Florida State, the Stallions are expected to be one of the top contenders in the Beach District as well as Region 5A this coming season. They have several scholarship-level players on the roster, highlighted by UNC commit Tayon Holloway playing wide receiver and defensive back as well as highly regarded Class of 2024 wideout Keylen 'Brodie' Adams.

Green Run went 3-2 this past year, notching the program's first winning record since a 7-5 finish in 2014. The Stallions had to forfeit one of their victories over Kempsville because of an ineligible player.

Bayside went 4-2 during the abbreviated 2020-21 spring season after going just 3-7 in 2019.
