Princess Anne vs. L.C. Bird- PA is PA and Bird is well coached, but PA comes at you deep and in waves. I doubt any team in the state has as many quality players as PA as they can go at least 12 deep. PA

Stonewall Jackson vs. South Lakes- SL pulled the upset of the tournament as they defeated Mount Vernon, but Stonewall is arguably the best team in the state. Stonewall did however avoid a collosal upset of their own in the NW region tournament escaping with a 2 point win. Stonewall

Edison vs. Colonial Forge- CF is one of those NW Region teams that really doesn't step outside of the region much against teams from the E and C. They are a bit of a mystery and usually are the team to beat. Edison played a tough Woodside team to a 2 point loss in January and although they lost 3x to MV are a very well coached team. Edison

Lake Taylor vs. Highland Spring- Highland Springs and Cosby were the teams to beat in the CR from day one and HS went on to capture the region title by besting Cosby in the semifinals. Lake Taylor saw its undefeated record come to an end against PA. LT has one of the best players left in the field and HS uptempo style will give any team a fit in the tournament, but LT is the same type of team and has won both matchups against HS in the past.
