St Christopher's flip the standings last week after defeating Collegiate 13-10 in overtime. Hartley Jordan intercepted a pass in overtime and Tomas Castro-Albano made two field goals. The Saints will face the defending State champs again in a rematch of the two rival schools. St Christopher's has won four straight games and their defense has allowed only 28 points during that stretch.

The Saints have a running back by committee approach with Hartley Jordan, Jens Ames (Washington & Lee commit) and Hayden Forrest splitting carries. Quarterback Patrick Routsis has thrown for 1350 yards passing with 18 touchdowns. His two primary targets in Will Hayes and University of Richmond commit Justin Jasper. Hayes led the Saints with 25 catches and eight touchdowns and 618 yards receiving. Jasper missed time earlier in the season due to injury but he had four receptions last week against Collegiate. Charlie Boggs led the team with 79 tackles but he was hurt in the win last week and his status is unknown. Daymone Fleming finished with 69 tackles. Will Bird had a shutdown performance last week against the Cougars receivers and he will need blanket coverage again today for St Christopher's to advance.

Collegiate starts defense of their 2016 State championship by traveling cross-town for a rematch against their rival St Christopher's. The Cougars only two defeats came against top seed Flint Hill and #2 seed St Christopher's. Collegiate defeated both Woodberry Forest and Episcopal as their two signature wins.

Quarterback T Brewer passed for 2041 yards and 21 touchdowns in 2017 completing 155 of 271 attempts. D1 prospect Ayinde Budd is a tall target and he finished the regular season with 55 receptions for 722 yards and seven touchdowns. Travis Reifsnider, a D1 baseball commit, and KJ Rodgers combined for 46 receptions and six touchdowns. Collegiate has a capable running back in Joseph White who has 821 yards in eight games. The Cougars linebackers are top notch with Evan Clark leading the defense with 52 tackles with three picks and freshman John Ballowe adding 36 stops including seven for loss with four interceptions.

Prediction
After an emotional overtime win on homecoming and senior day, the Saints will have to try to repeat their performance from exactly one week ago to advance to the State championship. I expect another low scoring game and I believe the quick turnaround benefits a Collegiate team looking for revenge.
