A pair of Nansemond River Warriors from the Class of 2016 will be heading to Lexington, VA this weekend.
Linebacker Demetrius Stitmon and running back Jonas Jones are taking a visit to VMI to check out the Keydets' game against Morehead State.
"I have never been on a visit before and I want to see how fast the game is on the next level," Stitmon told VirginiaPreps.com. "I'm stoked. I can't wait."
Stitmon posted three sacks in the team's season-opening win over Morehead State, while Jones has shared the team rushing duties each of the last two years with fellow senior Terrence Lambert.
Other schools expressing interest in Stitmon include Coastal Carolina, Hampton, James Madison, Liberty, Navy and Towson.
