Back in the day when I was a White Hat. I don’t think the rule has changed. Encroachment on the defense is when they enter the neutral zone. Contact does not have to be made. The neutral zone is 11 1/2 inch width of the football. The play is live it is not a dead ball foul.- Louisadad

Game start times in Virginia
In THE JUNGLE kick off is always at 7:30 pm. On Friday night. The reason is the sidewalk machine operators gets off at 6:45 pm. I drive by it every day. You can’t see it from the road so I had to do a drive-by. The silver stripes and The Raw Meat Paw looks good. I did look for a checkerboard end zones. VFL78- Louisadad

I must put my 2 cents in on this one. Will Patrick Louisa Head Football Coach. In his 1st. year As Head Ball Coach. LOUISA went 11-1. On a team he had to replace 18 starters.
