1A Soccer Tournament

Stonewall v Rappahanock: My gut feeling is Stonewall will win this, but that is no way a slight at Rapp. Just the way I am going to pick what I would think is a 1 point game.
Middlesex v. Riverheads: Middlesex here. Region A is tough, and it is no shock they are favored here.
Auburn v. Honaker: Auburn by 2...they just don't score a lot, so I think that is why it will be so low. They will dominate the game though.
Patrick-Henry-Glade Spring v. Galax: Gotta go Galax here, but PH is not a bad team at all. Honestly, there aren't any bad teams left.

I wasn't going to make predictions, but the board is getting a little dead.

(I would say more if they were playing home, still may be more). If wrong, will be surprised but will say so.)

If Galax struggles, then Region A should finally win States.

Good call Callmecoach on close Rapp game. Last I heard it was 2-2 in OT with Rapp at Stonewall - definitely a surprise here - will be interesting to find out details.

It was also Riverheads v Essex in the state semis in Football (two best teams).

In basketball, it was Lancaster v Riverheads at W&L in the state tournament.

I think, some NND wrestlers went up against Riverheads too. Any other sports? Volleyball was also Riverheads v Tidewater or was it NND?

hey Kwhs95fan, I wonder if we discussed and predicted this possibility that Riverheads will own a very weak Region B in all sports a couple years ago on the football board when this realignment was 1st released.....

Not blaming Riverheads at all but just saying equaling out the competition a tad would be nice...oh well, gives the NND and Tidewater a fun rival.
