ARMSTRONG 44, THOMAS JEFFERSON 24

Devonte Jackson rushed for a touchdown and ran a kickoff back to lead Armstrong to a win over Thomas Jefferson. Jackson collected 115 yards on the ground and 101 yards on kick returns. Quarterback Jahizz Carter threw for 164 yards and three touchdowns for the Wildcats (2-0). Jalen Jackson threw a pair of touchdowns for the Vikings (0-2).

Devonta Jackson rushed twice for 131 yards and a touchdown, Wendo Carter completed 5 of his 6 passes for 101 yards and a pair of touchdowns and Macdaniel Anderson got his first win as a head coach as the Wildcats (1-0) defeated the Bulldogs (0-1) at Huguenot. Jordan Pointdexter caught a touchdown and recorded a pair of tackles and an interception on defense for Armstrong
