I don’t know how things will work out but playing only 6 games in the winter time with some of the best players skipping it to move onto college places this long delay is simply as stupid as it gets. Virginia is in the large minority with this move. Even in New Jersey the season starts October, a short delay. The VHSL members should all resign and be replaced.

Right now, parents would not even be able to attend the games, because players, coaches, referees, managers, all count toward the 250 person event limit. That is not something the VHSL can be faulted for.
