1. There's a lot of weak teams out there. I just hope those with less than 20 players can get to week 10.
2. At this point, no team looks as good as Essex or Sussex of a year ago.
3. K&Q might win a couple district games. Heck,they got one since I suspect they will take a forfeit from Chs. City.
4. Sussex might struggle to make it to .500, especially playing so many 2As & 3As in district play.
5. Northumberland looked just like what they are in their opener: a team that had not had a scrimmage. I wouldn't be surprised if the aggregate record of their public school opposition heading into NND play is 3-17 simply because some of those teams play each other.
6. Northern Neck District should be very interesting.
7. West Point and King William are the best of the Tidewater District.
