I have only covered one team on the BD 2022 schedule. The 2016 Maret Frogs. Maret does not play against any of the top private schools in the DC/MD/NOVA region. In 2016 if you played Maret, a DC private school, you would have gotten some gridiron trouble from them as they easily won the DC championship in their league. Garrison Burnett, now a graduate student of that team, plays for the Maine Black Bears having spent 3 years at UCONN. Unfortunately it is now 2022. Everything can be summed up in the 6 point victory BD squeaked out over the, at the time, 3-2 Frogs. The 2021 D3 Va State Champion 2022 version of the Phoebus Phantoms are the polar opposite of the Maret Frogs. The Tigers will face the most ferocious defense they have witnessed all year.
