Remember this game is not at Westmoreland High School. It is being played at old Washington & Lee High School Complex. It's a combo football/baseball field and the visitors' side has next to nothing for seating. You will have to stand, but you will be very close to the field if you stay along the visitors sideline although the sight lines might not be the best. I'll be there so come search for me!!!

Riverheads travels very well so I am sure that many of us (posters) will show up and probably quite a few others. We have been known to outnumber the home fans, even if we have made a long trip. Good to know about the seating situation, but I guess we can work with it.
If any Riverheads folks decide to come to Montross south on Rt 3 from the Fredericksburg area be warned that there is a speed trap about a mile or so before you get to Montross. The speed limit drops from 55 to 45 but you are travelling down a steep hill at that location so be mindful.
When we played a basketball playoff game there a few years ago, I traveled through Tappahannock to get there but another member of my posse came through Fredericksburg. Is one route really better than the other coming from our area?
Me and little man will not be making the trip. We have a game the following morning so I want him rested. I would venture to say there will be a strong contingent of Riverheads support there though.
Not going to make it, 1st day of bow season is the following day, dont want to get home too late. It will be a good crowd there tho im sure.
Yikes! What is this world coming to if neither of you will be making the trip!!!!!!!!!!! You could consider asking a friend to drive so you could sleep on the way home!!!!
@longtimerhsfan trust me I hate not being there but I would venture to say that I haven’t missed but a handful of games in the last 13 years. One of the more memorable ones was due to circumstances and was the playoff game against Virginia High in 2011. It was my sisters wedding so obviously I attended that but I listened to the game on the radio during the reception, lol. I had to pull my ear buds out to toast the happy couple which may or may not have went over so well, 😂.

I will be there ! Would not miss this one for any reason . Biden gave me a free gas card , still no Dem vote from this ole farmer . I may leave the day B4 to make game time .
Sorry the gas card will not work with diesel, only can work with gas, maybe u will get your 250 or 500 tax allowance before then
