Step 2: Upon receipt of your information ASSIST will send a waiver form to you via Email.
Step 3: Pay $55 registration fee online or send Money Order or Check Payable to ASSIST Student Athletes 1517 Huguenot Rd Suite 203 Richmond VA 23113 by January 13th 2017 to reserve a spot
You can bring waiver form to the clinic on the day of the event.
