Auburn at The Fort

These post aren't serious are they. If Fort can throw the football just a little they should have success. Auburn is so run heavy Fort should be able to put 8/9 in the box and play a couple in pass coverage and stop Auburn's Offense. I'm not taking anything away from Auburn but I do think Fort is a better team and should win by a touchdown or two. Coaching wise I think they are about even, both are pretty hard set in their styles of play and don't like to break out of it, but athletically I give the edge to Fort.
I do not think Auburn is looking ahead to anyone other than playing FC this Friday and regardless of who does or does not play it will not come easy to either team. There will certainly be no secrets on the field come Friday night as Turner and Hale know each other really well and both play the same style of football which is ground and pound first. I look for this to be one of the better games this week that is being played. I also do not think it will be as simple as one poster stated to simply "load up the box" for either team. I think they both will have to play smart sound football and maybe come out of their comfort zones a little to win this one. Good luck to both teams.
I am a Coach Turner fan, can't believe what he has done at Auburn( never thought it could be done) he has that team playing hard, physical football . Back to back winning seasons and playoff appearance , first time in school history according to Roanoke Times. Unfortunately Auburn is not in the same class as Fort Chiswell , with or without the RB, Fort is a team that should compete for the final four. This time of the year talent will win out.
Forts defense has been pretty bad this year. If the Ward kid isn't playing, and it sounds like he won't be, then I think Auburn can win this game. Ward was 90% of Forts offense. I don't think they got anybody anywhere near his capability behind him. Auburns defense is good enough to win this game. Auburn 21-14.
And unfortunately you still have the same piss and moan attitude you've had for three years now. You didn't like James when he was there, he was borderline stupid according to you for playing kids in certain places ( # 55 ), he was pretty much to sum up your comments on him a second rate coach. Now this year you have started on this guy and have not let up. You should go on up to WCPS and put your name in for head coach at the Fort. I am sure that a spineless troll like you is just the guy they are looking for. You sure do have my vote, NOT! But I guess all the good you're ever gonna do you've already done, which isn't much!
As far as the game goes, yeah Fort is down a couple players, but they never played 2 vs 11 all year, and they won't come Friday. I will be there and I will support the team, coaches included, and win or lose I will be proud of them. Good luck to both teams, play hard, leave it all on the field, no injuries, and safe travels.

That would be you. But it doesn't surprise me that you don't remember. You say so much garbage it runs together.
# 55. You bashed that man for three years on that number alone. So I'm sure him hearing you say he is a good coach makes him feel good about himself. The coach they have now is just fine. The coach they had before him was just fine. Try supporting instead of bashing, then maybe your words will mean something to 15-18 year old audiences, that doesn't get why people are always riding their coaches. Just a thought.
GKKING climbs poles/trees for a living, he cant do that and coach. I remember him bashing Coach James A LOT! He also bashed the team and #55. #55 is the most decorated FC athlete to ever graduate from FC. All State 3 years in football, VHSL record holder in baseball, and would have scored 1,000 in basketball if he had played his SR year. Over 20 full football offers and was an all-district and all-region MLB for three years and he bashed him every year, just like he did Coach James and now Coach Hale. The only reason he was moved to DE his SR year was that FC finally had a couple of LB'ers that could read and play. Therefore, #55 was moved where he could help the most. The post king has over the last 5 years he compaired James with Dixon and Sharnus. Never read any bashing of James, team or player.

Lol thomas was a dang good athlete. Good at everything he did. Wish him well hope he goes pro would be awesome for this area.

Hale is a good coach. Idk if he would be my first pick, but his style is a blue Collar one, one that should work well in max meadows.
As far as the game - auburn wins. Fort hasn't impressed me all year, Auburn is mentally tough, whole lot more than Fort. I like them to win.
Oh and Eers2you just curious..any relation to 55? Have a hunch. If so wish him the best.

Already creating an excuse so if you don't win, it will seem like you weren't supposed to, sorry chapped one, you are the favorite and if you get beat it's an upset and you are playing at home, and if you lose your season is a failure. Act like a grown up just one time. I'll be there watching you.

I said I would give him this year but now that its over its time to look at the big picture. Is this the direction that the powers that be want this program to go cause we are heading for the late 90s and 2000s in a hurry look at the fans that was there tonight we took 5 times that many to Essex last year and don't blame the weather I was at the Radford game in 09 lot colder more wind standing room only

Looked like 150 fans at the game. I will say is it possible to re-assign a person and leave the rest of the staff intact. The parents are very unhappy.
