I'm so happy for this young man. Even happier for his parents. And though the other players on these teams are proud of what they did on this night, they cannot even begin to realize how special this occasion was until they are parents, and even grandparents.

Wow! This is why I love high school sports and the coaches and players who have character. I don't enjoy the player who points and the scoreboard when up by 35. I respect the player who helps the opposing RB up after a tackle (like Job Whalen of Louisa).
