Charles City is a small team. Tallest player is 6'2". Team has had three coaching changes in three years so there is a lack of stability in the program. The core group are juniors but they lack a lot of chemistry. As with their football team, they should be a lot better than what they are playing this year and will go through a rebuilding phase in two years.
