Boys BB Spotswood vs Western Albemarle

Spotswood didn't have their 6'9" big man back yet and that made a difference. Western is pretty good, they shoot the 3 very well and play good team defense but struggled at times to rebound even though Spotswood had almost no height.

Spotswood should be tough next year as the 5 starters last night are all underclassmen, been that way since December when Daniel went out with the ankle injury. They will be a battle tested group and with Edwards exceptional leadership they should do very well. Robbie Smith and Caleb Strawderman will lead the way but their tallest player will be 6'4" so it will be an uphill battle.

Western should be good again as well...they lose Chris McGahren (redhead shooter) and two of their 6-4 staple big dudes, but return the rest of their back-court plus Tom Mangrum (17 points, 8 boards) and Garrett Payne.
