GC is missing their freshman Dean tonight due to a sprained wrist. Something to watch out for next week as GC plays Union. Not sure if he will be back for that game or not. Was hoping to see Collier and Kimbler pick up the slack tonight....But not sure if that's happening or not. Went to see the game tonight before my night shift started....But the refs must have showed up an hour late to the JV games tonight and the boys tipped off at 9 oclock as I had to leave the gym for work. What couple mins I saw GC didn't look particularly sharp.

That's too bad about Dean - he's a heck of talent for GC.

Union will be a tough game for them.

Yea it could get very interesting against the Bears if they don't have him back for that game. He helps stretch the defense tremendously. But GC shouldn't have to rely on one Freshman to keep the ball rolling. If they do it shows the lack of depth they've developed. Now is the time for someone to step in and pick up the slack. Dean however is already able to keep up with the pace of Mac and Zac so I fully expect GC to have a slight drop off without him in the lineup.
