Hard to go by one game. Gate City has embarrassed many teams this season including a couple with national honorable mention rankings. GC would embarrass a many 3A, 4A, and all the way through 6A schools. Not saying GC would beat em all, but they would beat a many of em. Radford was undefeated this regular season and embarrassed the most storied AA program in VA last week in Martinsville. I'm no Radford fan, but no question about it, they made a heck of an accounting for themselves in 2A ball this year. Keep in mind.....no seniors on that team either.

Yes Sir, you are correct. No argument here about their fine regular season. But, Ricky did not get
The big shinny trophy this year. If he does what he is known to do, he will improve his team via transfers
And exchange students for another run for next year. Just my thoughts. The good Lord gives, and the good
Lord takes away.

Mr. Guidance counselor will find more talent when he needs it. He returns everyone for another run next year so he's got a year or so to recruit some more.
