Graham falls to Central tonight in the Region 2D semifinals 70-44.

Not a good year for the SWD in basketball, boys or girls.
3/4 2D boys teams were M7 teams and 3/4 2D girls teams were from M7, the SWD 1s beat the M7 4s in their two matchups.
But I expect Graham will contend again soon.

but watch out for Union next year in the M7. They return basically every player on a team that became a legit threat by the end. Wise is gonna be bad, Ridgeview isn't gonna contend, it'll be GC/Union/Abingdon battling for the M7. The GC juggernaut may finally fall in 2021 lol.. Although Union should've got em tonight argh

Great win for Central. Thought this would be close. Good to get your licks in on the GMen this year. They had no business being in the regional final four with what was lost from last year, but will be absolutely loaded the next 4-5 years and next season, they will walk through the region with what they return and what they get. A transfer coming from Bluefield and likely one from either Princeton and/or Mount View, WV. Graham will flirt (not saying they win), but will flirt with a state title in Hoops next year and probably 3-4 more years after next. When I say flirt, I'm saying they win the region at least 3 out of the next 5 years and will end up in the final four or final 2 at least 2 of the next 5 years. Their talent will be that good and they have the coaching to go with it.

Hats off to Central. They are the class of Wise County in Hoops and football by recent results.
