Why did they do that?

Or did the outcome of the game not matter for the regional seedings?

Region C seedings and brackets already done, TRD tourney only for bragging rights so glenvar coach let starters rest and gave subs their big chance, write up in hokie times (roanoke times).

From a momentum standpoint that seems like not such a smart move. I think you want to win any tourney you're in and this time of the year...momentum can carry you. To each their own....I would have played my starters and competed to have a shot at undefeated Radford.

I would tend to agree on that but I can also see him conceding to Radford, in this round. They will possibly see them again in the regional if they can get by Appomattox and Buckingham (don't look for Buckingham to be a problem) I guess he's just picking his battles one at a time. If JR gets by Ft. Chiswell we'll have to play Radford for the 4th time. If we could put 4 qtrs together we might have a shot. First 3 games we didn't get but 2-3 good qtrs against them. There very good but not unbeatable. They have their weaknesses just like any team.
