Brian Trent changed that game for Heritage

I think I have most of this right. I wasn't keeping stats so it all from memory, so apologies if some it is off but you get the idea. Spotswood's WR Smith caught two bombs (scored on one and setup a second TD) in the first quarter. Spotswood was taking advantage of Heritage's smaller corner. Heritage adjusted to having Trent follow Smith to whichever side was flanked out to. Trent, mostly in press man coverage, broke up passes the first three times they went to Smith. The QB way over threw them the fourth time. The fifth time was about 12-yard comeback for a first down with about 2 minutes to play. Trent also picked off a pass and dropped an interception that hit him in the stomach while Smith was lined up in the slot (when not in man coverage on Smith). Bradley said after the game that Trent playing press man wasn't even anything they have practiced all year. It was huge mismatch that Trent erased.

Trent is a very good corner! Put him on an island and let him work!

Yea Smith the receiver from Spotswood is talented and stood at 6-3 whole the corner that started on him was 5-8, great move putting the 6-0 Trent on him. That interception he tipped to himself was an outstanding play.
