Buffalo Gap @ Altavista

Took a chance on Buffalo Gap.............and I lost! only chance i had,,,,,,,,,,,,,next week very intersting,,,,,,,,,,,,,State Champion
Congrats to Altavista on the championship. Shout out to a tough Gap team that fought until the horn.
Congrats to the Bison for a great post-season run. That should help them build for the future, and remember they also won the JV title this year.
As for last night's game, the local paper went into detail about a controversial fumble (or not) that went against them early in the fourth quarter. I was only watching on NFHS and on there it did look as if the Bison had recovered and that the players were ready to move on from there. But the final call was that Altavista retained possession. The Colonels were leading 24-20 at the time and later scored the insurance touchdown.
So with the Gap losing and TA also going down last night, I guess here in the Valley we should now pull for Strasburg to go all the way. They certainly look capable of doing exactly that. Meanwhile, basketball starts for most of us this upcoming week.
