Nobody wants to work for Montgomery County

I was talking to a tenured Montgomery County School employee a year or so ago and heard that it’s pretty bad. The haves (Blacksburg side) run that county. The Christiansburg side is a pretty diverse community and the infrastructure of MCPS is just not up on the times. Times are changing fast and the educators are tired. The politics, the parents, the PC culture. You can get a management position at Walmart, make about the same and have way less stress and more energy when you get off work.
