Would someone care to shed some light on why Caroline is such a revolving door for their head football coach? I think with Coach Johnson moving on, this is the 7th or 8th time since 2010 that they will have a new head coach. Some localities struggle to keep a head coach for obvious reasons. But most of those reasons don’t seem relevant for Caroline. I’m just curious if someone in the know can tell me if there is something in common that leads to the rapid turnover?
