Charlotte vs Class 4, 5 and 6

Hi Everyone. I recently found this forum. I graduated from Hermitage in 1970 and currently live in Charlotte, NC. We only have 4 classifications. I was interested to see how a few of our better teams would fare against Class 4,5 and 6 teams in the Richmond area. I went by the points ratings for the region and picked four Charlotte teams (probably our top 4) and ran a simulation against the teams in Region Classes 4,5 and 6 in the area. The teams I picked from Charlotte are Mallard Creek (our top team), Butler (our second top team), Harding (one of our top 3 or 4 teams) and Charlotte Catholic. Though Catholic is a parochial school, they play with the public schools in the NCHSAA. They follow some fairly strict guidelines in order to play in the association. I used USA Today Score Predictor, except for games against Highland Springs, which for some reason didn't work. So for them, I used Calpreps.

I live in the Charlotte area too. I went to GW Danville in Virginia. This is a joke I see these teams every Friday here in Charlotte with the exception of Mallard Creek all others would be average against the Richmond area schools!! Mallard Creek would be out in the 2nd round of the playoffs!!
