So the lowest remaing seed from the west has to go to the highest remaining seed in the east and vice versa. If both Hopewell and Phoebus win, which gets to host and which has to travel since they both are #1 seeds? Is it based on overall record?

I'm 95% sure that it is based on final power points, in which case, Phoebus gets the home game.
