The D.C. Divas, a women's full-tackle football team, invites applications for defensive and offensive position coaches. Responsibilities will include assisting in the administration of all phases of the football program including, but not limited to, coaching, recruiting, and public affairs. Candidates must demonstrate a significant knowledge of football, proven success in player evaluation, a strong commitment to the overall success of the athletes, knowledge and commitment to the Divas organization, good communication skills and strong leadership. Practices are two to three times a week, at night or on weekends, beginning in December. Games are played Saturday nights beginning in April and continue through July. A small stipend is available; high school or college coaching experience preferred. Bachelor's degree is desired. A valid driver's license is required.
