A double technical foul is called on a player from each team. Who gets the ball ?

Point of interruption determines who gets the ball.
- If a team has the ball, the retain possession.
- If a shot is in the air and is good, the defense gets ball.
- If a shot is in the air and is missed, the AP arrow determines who gets the ball.
- If there's no team control, the AP arrow determines who gets the ball.
