End Zone Tackles

I've seen this happen at least three times so far this season: Adams runs into the end zone untouched for a touchdown and about 5-6 yards in is tackled from behind by Brown. No flag was thrown on any of these plays. I thought this would be a personal foul infraction on Brown.

There's no reason for a runner to be tackled 5-6 yards into the end zone. It should be a late hit, personal foul.
