Enforcement question

If Team A runs off a fairly long gainer, but is penalized for a block in back or clip at about the same yard line where run ends, is the penalty yardage marked off from spot of foul or from original LOS? In any situation, even if ball has been advanced well beyond first down distance, can Team A end up with a first down after penalty enforcement?

The end of the run or the spot of the foul if the spot is behind the end of the run.

Yes, if they are still beyond the line to game after the enforcement.
