Crazy last minute. Auburn was up 61-55, with 1:05 left and lost. GW hit a 3 at 1:03 and was fouled. They made the foul shot to cut it to 61-59, then caused a turnover on the inbounds pass. GW hit another 3 with :57 left to lead 62-61. So 7 points in a span of about 6 seconds for GW. Auburn did regain the lead by one on the ensuing possession, but GW made a couple more big shots and played excellent defense down the stretch. Heartbreaking loss for Auburn, and a big win for GW over their biggest rival in basketball
