Coach Freddie Palmore passed away this morning at the age of 74. Coach Palmore was a fixture on the sidelines, coaching over 45 years, the majority of those at Halifax. He roamed the sidelines as a dedicated assistant, as the head coach and then as an assistant again all the way through this year. He was a great defensive mind, linebackers coach, and most importantly a builder of young men.
