Max preps is not very accurate at times. I see duplicate games, scrimmages, etc. a lot of time, and not all coaches participate and monitor their page. I wish the VHSL required a system like Kentucky or Tennessee does. All scores have to be recorded online with their respective high school league site. Kentucky even requires stats to entered online. Most of the VHSL schools utilize RSchools to keep schedules and scores. Some district/regions mandate that all scores are reported throughout it. Here is an example of the Mountain 6 site.
