We could include only players who were born in Virginia, or played at least one season of high school basketball in Virginia. We'd have to decide whether or not to include the players who come from out of state and play for just one year at the private schools in Virginia, like Oak Hill Academy. I would say for now, to include them unless the list gets too full.
