HS/Maury moving to Varina’s turf field

This change will help the offensive and defensive fronts with footing for both teams
Hope Maury doesn't travel well. There fans get to sit on a visitors side that seats about 6 people. LOL
It will feel weird on the Varina Home side. Plenty of stands,but probably not big enough still. That visitors side is small but tall. I think Maury will travel well. This will be HSHS’s 9th road game,and I know they travel well.
HSHS played 3 of the last 4 games on a turf field,including at Varina in week 10. This team has done nothing but play on the road the entire year. Now,they get to face a team that is very similar to a team they faced earlier this year. This team is better,of course,so we’ll just see. I’m looking forward to tomorrow!!
As a matter of fact, HSHS has played better on the road than at home!!! I know that during the off season, they love hitting the road to play with different competition! IE, Maryland, Yorktown, Charlotte, NC, Christopher Newport...
Just read where the VaPilot reporter predicting Maury to score 31pts on HSHS. I couldn’t stop laughing!
Based on what I read in the Pilot, I think they believe that HS has 2 running backs! LOL! I don't think they've seen Ahman, Jordan, Kalli and Bugg!!! We might take them to the parade instead of the air field!!
Remember, there were times this year we really didn't need to pass the ball! Teams couldn't stop the run

Depth will be key! We have no let up with our seconds....THEY DO!! Especially up front! I laughed at the Dallas cowboys when they said they were going to beat the New Orleans Saints, No way the Beast from the East would lose to Thomas Dale . please don't jinx the team !!!!!
I’ve seen the video from their game last week. If HSHS gives up 31 to them...then,the run deserves to be over!
