Huge Region A Volleyball tonight- RHS at Middlesex - Rapp defeated 5A Stafford

Rappahannock Lady Raiders travel to Middlesex tonight in a Volleyball battle that has major region and state ramifications.

Rapp won 3-2 last time they played in a comeback thriller.

Rappahannock played in a big school Volleyball tournament this past Saturday (all day long) at 4A King George.

Rapp was the only 1A or 2A school there out of like 7 or 8 schools.

St. Margaret's (a small private school participated, Rapp beat them) but all the other schools were 3A and up.

Rapphannock came in 2nd place!!! The Raiders won one of the sets in the Championship battle but lost 2-1 to 4A KG.

Rapp defeated 5A Stafford (a wealthy school of almost 2,000 students). Rapp has 368 kids in the country.

Rapp starts two Freshman and a Sophomore (plus three Seniors).

Middlesex won 3-1. Rappahannock won the 1st set then lost the next three.

RAPP and Middlesex split the regular season series.

Let’s hope that RAPP and Middlesex are not on the same side of the Region bracket.

Northumberland traveled to Rappahannock for the Raiders' Pink Night to raise money for local cancer patients.

Rapp (14-3) won over NHS (11-3) 3-0 in a battle of the top two NND teams.

Rapp has lost to 4A KG, 2A KW, and to Middlesex.

Rapp won at least one set v each team and split the series with KW and Middlesex.
