Hearing is set for Tuesday August 21.

As stated in the article, with no precedent, I see very little chance than any appeal for change in assigned class status to be upheld. The only possible way I believe the appealing school could be successful is if the school can prove that their ADM number is incorrect.

The appeals by the various NOVA schools concerning regional assignment is likewise not likely to be upheld. I understand that by approving these appeals it would cause a major imbalance in regional numbers?

John Marshall High School: Requests to move up in classification for Class 2 to Class 3. Denied by a vote of 0-24 since their new numbers did not move them up to Class 3.
