Lady Gladiators Sweep Lancaster/Await the Other Quarterfinal

I know tonight is all about the football playoffs, but just briefly, Riverheads took care of Lancaster tonight 25-12, 25-12, 25-20. All three sets were close in the early going before RHS built a working margin and pulled away. But Lancaster fought hard and as you can tell from those scores, they improved as the night wore on. The Gladiators now await the winner of tomorrow's Altavista at Rappahannock quarter-final. If Rapp wins, then Riverheads goes there Tuesday for the state semi-finals. If Altavista can pull out the win, the Gladiators would host the Lady Colonels Tuesday.
