Was a very close game. Middlesex went down 15 points in the first 5 minutes of the game. They were down 7-22 at half. They did not take the lead until the fourth quarter with 7 seconds left with a 38 yard kick by Ruark.
Northampton’s big backs showed up to play and play they did. As a team Northampton rusher for nearly 350 yards.
The speed of Middlesex was too much down the stretch as they were able to come back with a few big plays.
