Still a feeling out process as some teams have played quite a few games, and others who played deep into football season have only played one or two, if that.

Handley is ranked #1 in Class 4 by Virginia Preps and GW is ranked #1 in Class 1. Win or lose, a game like that can only help GW in the long run

Lancaster at 3? It’s early but having seen them on the network a couple of times; they may not be favored to win the Neck. Westmoreland looks impressive.

Yeah this was done before their big loss on Saturday. They definitely won't be at 3 when i do my next one

Yeah they are really good. They're my favorite in D, but George Wythe is my favorite to win it all. They have played and beat a Class 6 school, lost to the #1 ranked Class 4 team by 10, played in the big Christmas tournament in Bristol against elite teams from other states, beat Class 2 runner up Virginia High, and just lost a close game to a really good private school from NC. With that schedule and having all 5 starters back from last year's state runner-up team, it'll take a valiant effort to beat them.

Yeah they are really good. They're my favorite in D, but George Wythe is my favorite to win it all. PH will give them a decent game with their size but they can’t hang for four quarters. 1D is down after PH, Eastside is prob a year or two away, Honaker doesn’t have as much, Chilhowie is pretty good but not at that level. Yeah, Eastside is down this year, Chilhowie might be the 2nd best team in Region D, and Honaker has an entire team of freshmen and sophomore, didn't have the Musick brothers come out, and haven't been competitive in any game. In Region C, GW is the favorite, but Fort Chiswell, Parry McCluer, and Auburn are all good teams.
