Having seen more than half the teams in action here's how I think they stack up right now (a lot will probably change over the next few weeks):
1 W&L
2 Essex
3 Rappahannock
4. Colonial Beach
5. Northumberland
6. K&Q
7. West Point
8. Middlesex
9 Mathews
10 Lancaster
11 Northampton
12 Charles City

Pretty good list. Do you need to add the Ponies?

I like your list. Did you consider current power points when developing this or solely on what you've seen and read? At this point in the season, my list looks like this:

1. Essex (I think Essex will be too strong for W&L)
2. W&L (A lot of weapons that are better than anyone #3 and below).
3. Colonial Beach (Solid, well coached, only loss is to a solid Sussex team)
4. King and Queen (Also lots of weapons and they have been consistent).
5. Rappahannock (Their play thus far is not as good as last year).
6. Northumberland (Could easily jump to #3 IMO).
7. Middlesex (I cannot put an undefeated team below my Pointers)
8. West Point (This week's game will not tell much to move them higher)
9. Mathews (My biggest drop from pre-season predictions)
10. Northampton (They would have to beat WP to move up)
11. Lancaster (The rest of their schedule doesn't look good for them)
12 Charles City (I'm rooting for them just to keep their program alive)
