Hopewell 73 New Kent 65 Final. Well played game. Hopewell is as advertised. Size and athleticism. They will definitely be in the hunt for the state championship. Credit to New Kent too. Despite being tremendously undersized, they battled all night and didn't back down. New Kent will travel to undefeated Meridian next, while Hopewell will host William Monroe.

I agree New Kent played hard and didn't give up even being down by 19 points at one time. Hopewell played well tonight and started faster tonight than the last 2 game. Good luck next week teams.
