New school reopening recommendations are out

Indoor and outdoor athletics are allowed BUT 10 feet distance must be maintained between participants, instructors and spectators. The nail in the coffin for fall football so to speak. Did we ever doubt this from Virginia Government?
Also 250 limit on gatherings. Not enough for most games of the better teams. Ok for Jamestown down here!!
